Keto Recipe Ingredients

Hello there:

I've recently turned to the Keto lifestyle for health purposes, and was finding myself craving something fulfilling and delicious all at the same time while keeping Keto. Something sweet perhaps to enjoy!

I found a recipe for a Keto mug cake, but did not have some of the items at home. So I decided to make it my own recipe and use what I had. What most people doing keto will likely have in their grocery haul! I recommend you buy almond flour, coconut flour, swerve sweetener from Target or any other store that carries them. Costco has a good value on almond flour and monkfruit sweetener which I am sure you can substitute for the swerve sweetener. However, I still haven't tried the monkfruit sweetener myself.

I found that during this quarantine, it was so simple to order my items through Target's no contact drive-up and have the wonderful employees bring them out to me. I recommend you try that method too and see how that works for you. I will post the recipe in another blog post. Let me know where you shop for your Keto items! Where you find deals, or items you love to use in cooking & baking!

Recipe coming soon! Stay well!

Everyday Shea Body Lotion Review

I am doing the review on the Lavender scented lotion. I love the light Lavender scent, it is mild and soothing. This lotion is wonderful it absorbs fast, and leaves the skin soft and smelling nice. The container is very large, so you are getting a good amount for your spending, and it's well worth it. I always buy these items when they go on sale at my local Whole Foods, or Sprout's Markets.

I recommend this product greatly to anyone who has dry skin, naturally or due to constant hand washing.
The ingredients are pretty natural which intrigued me into using this product line.

Holiday Air Wick Score!

A couple of weeks ago I bought a Limited Edition Air Wick plug in. It was my first time ever using such a product. I had been wanting to try a product like it for sometime and had passed them in the aisles of my frequented stores. Just lately I decided to give in and buy a one pack, because it was placed right at the register, and cost less then $3. I thought why not make the house smell nice for the Holidays...

Bad decision with this scent. Winter & Candle Light Warmth. I have to admit it made my house smell. But I didn't like the smell at all. It smells like cheap candy and perfume. Today however, I decided to try another smell a more festive scent. So I tried the Glistening Cinnamon Rolls which is also a Limited Edition. WOW! I am in love! This is the perfect Thanksgiving and Holiday smell. I will definitely stock up on this stuff and suggest you try it out for the Holidays as well. Smells of heavenly cinnamon.

Favorite Natural Lip Balm Find!

This is the time of year where lip balm is a must. But I hate those gross lip moisturizers with artificial and disgusting ingredients. I stumbled upon my solution at the Whole Foods aisle with their Whole Food brand name Organic Vanilla Honey Lip Balm! OMG! It cost less then $2 and is just amazing. Works just like the other stuff if not better, and it tastes like honey!

The strangest thing happened the other day when I actually was craving something sweet, put this balm on and my craving went away! Who knew? This stuff is great and natural and organic! It's made with coconut oil, beeswax, olive oil, shea butter, cocoa butter, hemp seed oil, honey, vitamin e, vanilla extract, and honey. Umm okay how awesome are those ingredients?!

This stuff will be my lip care staple from now on! I love Whole Foods!
